Rane Pearson is the founder and broker behind RPRE. After a successful career in accounting and homebuilding, he turned his focus to land brokerage, launching his own business in 2019 before establishing RPRE in 2022. He is actively involved in the Dallas Builders Association, serving on both the Board and Executive Committees. Known for his deep understanding of development and strong relationships across the industry, Rane leads with integrity and a long-term perspective. He lives in North Texas with his wife Haeli, their daughter Channing, and their three dogs.

Kenzie Bukolt joined RPRE in 2024, bringing nearly a decade of commercial real estate experience in marketing, operations, and team leadership. As Chief Operations Officer, she leads the firm’s operational strategy, overseeing systems and processes that support scalable growth. Kenzie works closely with brokerage and leadership to streamline workflows, enhance collaboration, and align daily operations with long-term business goals. Her approach combines operational rigor with a strong focus on people, performance, and service excellence.

Dan Allen is a key member of RPRE’s Land Division, focused on acquiring strategic land assets across Dallas/Fort Worth. Since joining in 2021, he’s helped grow the firm’s land brokerage operations and build strong industry relationships. A native of Arlington, Texas, Dan holds a BBA in Energy Commerce from Texas Tech University. He previously spent seven years as a landman in the oil and gas sector, gaining expertise in mineral rights, lease negotiations, and title due diligence. Outside of work, he enjoys the outdoors, time with loved ones, and cheering on the Texas Tech Red Raiders.

Gary is a Texas Tech University graduate with a strong foundation in finance and property valuation. After college, he began his career specializing in tax valuations for oil and gas companies, gaining deep experience in asset assessment. In 2019, Gary transitioned into real estate, where he quickly developed a reputation for diligence, integrity, and a data-driven approach to property evaluation and client service. His background gives him a unique edge when advising clients, whether they’re buying, selling, or investing. In 2023, Gary joined RPRE, bringing with him a blend of analytical expertise and a passion for helping people make smart real estate decisions. He continues to build lasting relationships and deliver results rooted in trust, precision, and a commitment to excellence.

Trent Stewart is a land associate at RPRE and a graduate of Dallas Baptist University with a degree in Finance. He brings fresh energy and a client-first mindset to every engagement. Trent is focused on supporting landowners and developers with detailed market knowledge, strong communication, and a commitment to building long-term relationships that align with RPRE’s From Land to Legacy® vision.
